Wing Snob was born from a simple conviction: most wings out there just aren't good enough. Founded in Schaumburg, IL, we set out to prove that wings could be so much more — crispy, saucy, layered with flavor, and crafted with genuine care.

What began as a neighborhood passion project quickly became a community staple. Locals discovered that once you've had a Wing Snob wing — tossed in one of our signature sauces, cooked to crackling perfection — you can't go back to ordinary. That's the wingsnob effect.

    The Idea Ignites

    Founders Marcus and Delia Rivera grow tired of mediocre wings and begin testing sauces in their home kitchen. Over 200 recipe trials later, Wing Snob's signature flavor profile is born.

  • 2019

    Pop-Up & Community Buzz

    Wing Snob launches as a weekend pop-up at local Schaumburg events. Word spreads fast — lines wrap around the block and the wait list grows to hundreds of names.

  • 2020

    First Brick & Mortar

    Wing Snob opens its first permanent location at 2319 W Schaumburg Rd. Despite challenging times, the community rallies — the restaurant sells out every week for six straight months.

  • 2022

    Sauce Line Launch

    Wing Snob introduces its bottled sauce collection, bringing the wingsnob flavor home. The flagship "Neon Heat" sauce sells out within 48 hours of its debut online.

  • 2024

    Catering & Expansion

    Wing Snob launches its catering service, bringing bold wings to corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings across Illinois. The team grows to 30+ passionate food lovers.

    Award-Winning & Growing
